Start with the machine. A new tractor, a used tractor, and a harvester are different files even when the buyer is the same person. Add the district and the city. Rural files stall when the location is only a state.
Ask the dealer for a quotation with the model and the price. If you do not have it yet, the file can still open, marked as waiting on that page. Land papers or income papers come next, and the exact list depends on the lender, not on a universal form.
After the papers are in, the file is submitted. The lender may raise a query, ask for another statement, or sanction a different amount from the one on the quotation. None of that is a CFInsol approval. Disbursement happens only after the lender and, where needed, the dealer finish their own checks.
If you are buying other farm equipment rather than a tractor, say that on the form. The application can be logged as machinery instead of a tractor loan, which keeps the file from landing on the wrong desk.
