Bank statements are the usual hold-up. A screen photo of one page is not a statement. Lenders generally want a continuous PDF that shows the account name and the period. If salary or business income is in a second account, include that too.
Names have to match. PAN, Aadhaar, and the bank account should point at the same person. A spelling difference is fixable, but it is slow if it is discovered after submission. Check it on the first day.
Property and machine papers arrive late because people treat them as optional. For a loan against property they are not optional. For a tractor or a solar system, a quotation does the same job: it tells the lender what is being financed. Income proof without the asset is an incomplete story.
CFInsol will say which of these is still open. Sending the same PDF twice does not move a file. A lender’s query is a new request, and only that lender can close it.
